Flicker and Fizz Ltd are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site.  In particular, we would like you to know that Flicker and Fizz will not sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that kind of thing.  However, in case you are sceptical, we have provided, in this Privacy Policy lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.  So please read on.



A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive.  Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site.  They allow web applications to respond to you as an individual.  Cookies are used to identify which pages are being used which helps us analyse data about webpage traffic and improve our website to customer needs.

When someone visits we may use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about new products, sales or any additional information regarding Flicker and Fizz Ltd.  We also use it to check our records are correct and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
